I’m Madison, a sleep therapist specialising exclusively in the assessment and treatment of insomnia and sleep-related anxiety. My work focuses on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help clients restore natural, restorative sleep without dependence on medication. I take a structured yet compassionate approach, guiding each client through proven strategies to break unhelpful sleep patterns and rebuild confidence in their ability to rest.
