I help people who spend their days in their heads find their way back into their bodies. Most of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful and tired: they can solve difficult problems all day, yet still arrive at bedtime carrying a raised heartbeat, tight shoulders and a mind that refuses to close. Our work begins with what is true that day rather than with an ideal pose or a perfect breathing pattern. I combine accessible yoga, slow mobility and practical breathwork so you can notice tension sooner, change gears deliberately and build a routine that works outside the session. Every movement has options, cameras can stay off once we begin, and nothing depends on flexibility or prior experience. I have taught for nine years and work from London with people navigating stress, disrupted sleep, return from injury and long hours at a desk. You will leave with one clear practice that is small enough to repeat, plus the understanding to adapt it when energy, time or circumstances change.
