Sixty minutes aimed squarely at the upper back, neck and shoulders of people who type for a living. We open the front of the chest, which is usually the actual culprit, before asking anything of the back. Then thoracic rotation, shoulder mechanics, and a short strengthening sequence so the position holds after you leave. No headstands, no hands-behind-the-back binds. You will finish with four movements that take six minutes and can be done in office clothes.
