A focused session for people whose back complains after a day at a desk. Most desk-related back pain is not a back problem. It is hips that have not moved and a mid-back that has been held in one position for hours. We work on both, gently, with a lot of floor work and no loaded flexion. Expect slow hip openers, thoracic rotation, and a short strengthening sequence for the muscles that hold you upright. You will leave with three movements you can do at your desk without anyone noticing.
